Very beautiful Mahogany English Edwardian Inlaid Settee. Circa 1880. Featuring elaborate holly and mother of pearl garlands adorning the back rest with lovely inlaid marquetry. The back rest is a top panel with four rails, each flanked by a fiddle curved rail. Curved thin square arms are on either side of the velvet seat. The Maroon Red Love Seat is raised on pencil tapered legs on small castors.
Size: 36 “ tall x 34” wide, 20” deep. 20” high from seat to top, Seat about 20” from floor.
Condition: Good condition for its age. A delicate light weight chair. No broken parts, ready to be displayed on your foyer or living room. Some age related minor blemishes. Very beautiful piece that adds color and style to any room.
